Returns & Shipping
RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS:
Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. If there is something incorrect or if your product arrives damaged please let me know asap! Also, I aim for a QUICK turn around so orders are unable to be cancelled once they are placed!
HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS:
Headbands and Earrings are made by hand and there may be slight variances in print or pattern placement.
INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY:
PLEASE double check your address before you submit your order! Flora Bloom is not responsible for orders with incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipping is $4 flat rate until your order exceeds $40 (before discounts) - then shipping is FREE! I know how excited you are to get your order so all orders are packed by me and shipped within 3-4 business days (not including weekends/holidays). Orders are all shipped via USPS First Class and typically take 3-5 business days to be received once mailed. You will receive tracking info so keep checking your inbox!
LOST/STOLEN ORDERS:
-First contact your local USPS and fill out a missing item/package form - this makes the post office aware of the situation and will start the process of getting your money back through them. You will receive a confirmation # from USPS.
-Wait 2-3 business days as sometimes the package will show up if it's showing "Delivered" in their system
-Communicate with Flora Bloom regarding the situation and discuss possible options
DAMAGED ORDERS:
Contact us at info@florabloommarket.com within 5 days of delivery with pictures of damage and to discuss replacement options
